Shipping policy

Orders will be processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday from 10AM EST to 5PM EST. Orders placed late on Fridays, holidays or during the weekend will be processed by our Shipping Department on the next business day. It may take up to 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped depending on the number of orders we receive. You will receive an e-mail with your order’s tracking number once your package is shipped. Please note that, after completing an order, we can’t change the payment method, delivery address or shipping speed.

U.S SHIPPING

Rommanel offers free economy shipping to all U.S. orders over $25. Rommanel uses USPS to ship all packages. Our USPS shipping options available at the moment are as follows:

• USPS Economy - Free of charge for U.S. orders over $25, your order should arrive in approximately 5-8 business days after shipping. Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be changed $4.90 for USPS economy shipping.

• USPS Priority - If priority shipping is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 1-3 business days after shipping. Orders under 1lb will be changed $8.90 for USPS priority shipping, and orders above 1lb will be charged $19.90 for USPS priority shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Rommanel ships to most international countries. Rommanel uses USPS to ship all international packages. All orders shipping internationally are subject daily shipping rates and to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Rommanel is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Please keep in mind that Rommanel is not responsible for any delays due to customs or border control.
