WARRANTY POLICY

At Rommanel, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry and the craftsmanship that goes into every piece. That’s why all Rommanel jewelry is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing
defects.

What Our Warranty Covers:

Our warranty protects you against damage caused by manufacturing issues, including:

• Structural defects;
• Faulty clasps or closures;
• Loose settings due to production issues;
• Breakage on welded area.

If your piece experiences any of the above within the warranty period, we will gladly repair or replace it in accordance with our policy.

What Is Not Covered:

To keep your jewelry beautiful for years to come, proper care is essential. You can find proper care instructions for your Rommanel jewelry here. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or external factors, including but not limited to:

• Contact with lotions, perfumes, chemicals, or cleaning products;
• Scratches, dents, or discoloration from everyday use;
• Breakage caused by improper handling or storage;
• Damage from wearing jewelry during activities such as exercising, swimming,
or sleeping;
• Any damage resulting from lack of care.

In short, if the damage was not caused by how the piece was made, it would not fall under warranty coverage.

How to Activate Your Warranty:

If your item breaks and you believe it is due to a manufacturing issue, activating your warranty is simple.

• Clear photos of the item;
• Close-up images showing the damage;
• A photo of your warranty certificate.

Our team will carefully review your request and guide you through the next steps.
