REFUND POLICY

We love when our customers enjoy their stylish new Rommanel jewelry, just as much as we enjoy making sure we provide an excellent retail experience! In the unlikely case you're not delighted with your purchase, here's how to request a return.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

Having second thoughts? No worries, we are glad to help.

We can accommodate free returns of merchandise for the United States only. If you would like to return an item
from an international order, you will have to ship the items back yourself. To receive a full refund please return the merchandise within thirty (30) days from the day the shipment was delivered. Only full-price merchandise is eligible for refunds.

Return Requirements:

• Items must be
returned within thirty (30) days from the day the shipment was delivered;
• Items must be in their
original condition without signs of wear or damage;
• Items must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and/or pouch included).

Returns that do not meet our requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Engraved and/or monogrammed products;
• Gif cards;
• Final sale items.

* Permanently discounted or marked down products are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns. Items purchased with coupons or discount codes may only be returned once per order.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

If your order meet all
the requirements above, our return process is quick and easy! Just follow the steps below:

1. Log into your Rommanel account and select “Orders”;
2. Locate the order you wish to return and click the three dots (…) on the right side;
3. Select “Request Return”;
4. Follow the instructions on screen to choose the item(s) and reason for return.

After submitting your request, your
oder status will change to “Return Requested”. Please wait for an authorization e-mail before shipping back your item(s) to Rommanel.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned items credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to seven (7) business days from the date your return arrives at our warehouse for processing. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your refund has been completed.

NOTE: It may take a few days until
your bank posts the refund to your account.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE

At Rommanel we pay rigorous attention to our product quality. In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise, please contact us immediately at (786)360-2113 or miami@rommanel.com and we will gladly replace the item.
