Excluded from the warranty are products resulting from falls, improper use, accidents of any kind, wear and tear such as: scratches, dents, breakage, stone loss, stains, items adjusted by third parties, or contact with chemical agents that may cause damage to the materials of your jewel. For this reason, we ask you to carefully read the warranty certificate, especially the section regarding the special care required for your jewel.
