We ensure that you will be sent amazing, stylish pieces to sell. _________________________________________ WARRANTY All of Rommanel’s pieces come with a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Rommanel will only exchange products that are faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing defect. We are not responsible for damaged pieces due to natural wear like scratches, dents, breaks, loss of stones, stains, engravings, etc. It’s important to remember that less than 2% of Rommanel’s jewelry may come with defects. Our quality control is made up of a team of highly trained professionals that rigorously analyze each piece. _________________________________________ SHIPPING U.S Shipping Rommanel uses USPS to ship all packages. Our USPS shipping options available at the moment are as follows: Priority Mail 2-Day: If Priority Mail 2-Day shipping is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 1-3 business days after shipping. International Shipping Rommanel ships to most international countries. Rommanel uses USPS to ship all international packages. Unfortunately, at the moment our website is not accepting international orders. However, if you would like to place an international order, please contact us at (786)360-2113 or miami@rommanel.com and we will be more than happy to manually place an order for you. All orders shipping internationally are subject daily shipping rates and to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Rommanel is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Please keep in mind that Rommanel is not responsible for any delays due to customs or border control. Orders will be processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday. Orders placed late on Fridays, holidays or during the weekend will be processed by our Shipping Department on the next business day. It may take up to 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped depending on the number of orders we receive. You will receive an e-mail with your order’s tracking number once your package is shipped. Having second thoughts? No worries, we are glad to help. We can accommodate returns of merchandise for the United States only. If you would like to return an item from an international order, you will have to ship the items back yourself. To receive a full refund please return the merchandise within thirty (30) days for retail clients and fifteen (15) days for stylists from the day you received your order. Only full-price merchandise is eligible for refunds. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. _________________________________________ RETURNS Return Requirements for Retail Clients: 1. Returns can be requested within 30 (thirty) days after receipt of the product; 2. The product should be sealed; 3. The product should be in its original packaging with all Rommanel tags attached; 4. The product must be received by us in unworn, original condition. Return Requirements for Stylists: 1. Returns can be requested within 15 (fifteen) days after receipt of the product; 2. If returning a Starter Kit, all items in the kit should be returned, as individual pieces cannot be accepted; 3. The kit should be sealed; 4. The items in the kit must be received in unworn, original condition; 5. We regret not being able to accept a return as a form of payment for other purchases.
