Before we submit your purchases, we may need to confirm some information with card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Orders will be processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday. Orders placed late on Fridays, holidays or during the weekend will be processed by our Shipping Department on the next business day. It may take up to 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped depending on the number of orders we receive. You will receive an e-mail with your order’s tracking number once your package is shipped.
Please note that, after completing an order, we can’t change the payment method, delivery address or shipping speed.
Shipping is the charge for order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Special requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges.
Rommanel uses USPS to ship all packages. Our USPS shipping options available at the moment are as follows:
USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE - Free of charge, your order should arrive in approximately 5-8 business days after shipping.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL - If Priority Mail 2-Day shipping is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 1-3 business days after shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Rommanel ships to most international countries. Rommanel uses USPS to ship all international packages. All orders shipping internationally are subject daily shipping rates and to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Rommanel is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Please keep in mind that Rommanel is not responsible for any delays due to customs or border control.

We can accommodate returns of merchandise for the United States only. If you would like to return an item from an international order, you will have to ship the items back yourself. To receive a full refund please return the merchandise within thirty (30) days for retail clients and fifteen (15) days for stylists from the day you received your order. Only full-price merchandise is eligible for refunds.Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
